As a retired collegiate baseball player, Logan built Cornerstone Impact Group on the belief that great teams are built through discipline, accountability, and shared purpose. He's passionate about helping people discover what's possible when they're surrounded by individuals who share the same vision, speak the same language, and are committed to growing together. Every day, Logan is focused on developing leaders, building meaningful relationships, and creating opportunities for others to reach their full potential.

Kaitlyn is passionate about helping businesses operate more efficiently by creating systems that make work simpler, smarter, and more effective. From recruiting and operations to spreadsheets, workflows, and communication, she enjoys finding ways to improve the small details that make a big difference. A graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Marketing, Kaitlyn is also a lifelong baseball fan and proud Padres supporter who believes great organizations are built through consistency, organization, and strong relationships.
